Curt's background in construction began in the mid-1980s as a framing carpenter, transitioning into managing residential projects across Northern Virginia by 1990.

Over the course of his career, Curt has led a wide range of custom homes, renovations, and additions, bringing a disciplined approach to each project and maintaining a strong focus on communication with clients and design teams.

His experience in the field continues to inform how projects are planned, managed, and built, ensuring that details are properly executed and challenges are addressed early.
